Daniel Cullen and Daniel Buttle claimed to be employed by a office of BT and told naive customers they should change from analogue to digital. The pair told lies and said schools and small business owners would be given the help of government funds and would likely get huge rebates- none of which was correct. They ended up swindling over £1 million from unwary targets.
