Agree requirement
We hold an initial meeting to agree the full requirement covering:-
- The scope of the service
- The schedule including
- Who from your business is responsible for providing the information
- Who from your business has final editorial control
- Agreed web site update process
This provides Info IQ with the information necessary to manage the service.
Inform responsible staff
Following agreement to the requirements and agreement to the starting of the service we will hold a meeting with all staff involved to explain process and obtain their buy in.
The update cycle
Following this meeting the following steps are followed each update cycle:-
- Responsible staff sent a reminder an agreed period prior to copy date
- If necessary: responsible staff sent a second reminder 1 week prior to copy date
- If no copy received 1 day before copy date a reminder phone call will be made
- Copy received
- Copy polished
- Copy published
- Report produced
Regular review
In order to ensure that the process runs smoothly a regular review meeting will be held, attended by all responsible staff, to discuss:-
- Past performance
- Any current problems
- Next period
