Although the iPad 2 was only released a few months ago, the iPad 3 is rumoured to already be in pre-production according to a number of sources.

Apple are said to have placed orders for the parts of the iPad 3 for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2011, with analysts speculating that the new version of the tablet will be released in March 2012.
