Expatbenchmarking.com provide a service to International Assignment HR professionals who have an ongoing need to benchmark their expatriate data and share information and knowledge with HR professionals from peer group companies.

  • Allow Expatbenchmarking.com staff to control the content of the web site, including controlling which subscribers are entitled to view the individual pages.
  • Allow Expatbenchmarking.com staff to develop and run surveys on the web site with the ability to download and analyse the results.
  • Allow surveys to be restricted to specific subscribers.
  • Allow Expatbenchmarking.com staff to publish the results of surveys on the site, with control of which subscribers are allowed to view them.
  • Record statistics about subscribers visits to the web site.

Info IQ and other companies were asked to provide a quote for a proof of concept system in 2006. Info IQ met with staff from Expatbenchmarking.com and provided a proposal. In this instance another company was asked to carry out the proof of concept work.

Following a successful proof of concept trial Info IQ was asked to quote for the full system. This time Info IQ was awarded the contract and established the framework of the site so that Expatbenchmarking.com staff could start to populate it.

The design was agreed and the final styling completed during Q4 of 2007.

Expatbenchmarking.com staff were given training in managing the site. This was carried out at Expatbenchmarking.com premises as a number of half day sessions with time between each to allow the staff to gain experience so that they could learn more from each session.

Content was added to the site during the last two months of 2007 and the system went into production in January 2008. It is being actively used by a number of global organisations.
